Who We Are

OMITI Engineering Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 2012 in association with OMITI PVT Limited, India. We are an Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) contracting company — a highly esteemed organisation well equipped to carry out various integrated projects across multiple industries.

Safety & Environment Policy

Safety is
Non-Negotiable

It is the policy of OMITI to conduct all of its activities in a manner by which the Health and Safety of all its employees, sub-contractors and the communities of the areas in which it works are properly safeguarded. OMITI conducts its activities in line with the Company's Safety Guidelines, the requirements of our clients and all relevant Government requirements.

"All Accidents Are Preventable" — this slogan is the heart of our safety policy. Because an efficient operation is a safe operation, no operation can be considered efficient if it is not safe.

Personnel Training

OMITI educates all personnel in proper safety awareness. All new employees must attend a mandatory orientation and induction course before commencing work on any site.

Incident Reporting

All OMITI personnel adhere to procedures for reporting unsafe acts, unsafe working practices, evacuation protocols, LTIs and near misses — enabling management to identify and eliminate causes.

Sub-Contractor Standards

All sub-contractors are required to conduct their activities in full alignment with OMITI's safety policy — no exceptions. Our goal is collective safety across every operation.

Environmental Policy

Best Practices & Stewardship

It is the policy of OMITI to conduct all of its activities in a manner that properly safeguards the environment in which it operates. OMITI conducts its activities in line with the Company's Environmental Guidelines, the requirements of our clients and all relevant Government requirements.

OMITI is dedicated to minimising the effect of our operations on the environment — believing that no operation can remain efficient if it is not environmentally sustainable.

All OMITI personnel will adhere to practices for reporting spills and other environmentally unacceptable practices, follow proper disposal methods, and develop and maintain recycling efforts.

Educate all personnel in proper environmental awareness and recycling through mandatory indoctrination courses for new employees.

Implement accurate and timely spill reporting to identify and eliminate causes of environmental spills and pollution.

Require all sub-contractors to conduct activities in full alignment with the Company's Environmental Policy.

Work collectively to improve environmental awareness across all personnel involved in our operations.
