OMITI educates all personnel in proper safety awareness. All new employees must attend an orientation/induction course. OMITI considers that it is the duty of all employees to prevent self-injury and to safeguard against injury to co-workers. Accurate reporting will give Management the opportunity to identify and eliminate the causes of LTIs and near misses which is the ultimate goal of our safety policy.

Engr. Orji Nwosu
Engr. Orji Nwosu is a talented Engineer with over 30 years of Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Projects’ experience.
He graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with 1st Class Honours in Civil/Structural Engineering in 1980.
He joined Dorman Long Engineering Limited as a Structural Engineer and grew over the years as the Group Managing Director / CEO. He anchored most of all the growth of Dorman Long ranging from being the first indigenous company to manufacture and install Oil & Gas Process Equipment, ASME U, U2, R Stamp certification, ISO 9000 Certification by BV and Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON), etc.
He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) since 1986, Also a registered member of the Council of Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) by 1987. In 2002, he was registered by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) as a member. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineer (NiStrctE) and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School, Lagos Nigeria.
As the chairman of Omiti Board of Directors, He is responsible for the coordination of the Board activities including Technical & Commercial support to the management team to ensure smooth running of the organisation
Engr. Nduka Awa Nwosu
Managing Director/ CEO
Engr. Nduka Awa Nwosu has well over Twenty (20) years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction and Mechanical/Structural fabrications for both onshore and offshore installations, both in the telecoms industry and oil and gas industry.
Specialized in all related steel fabrication and installation, He has supervised various Engineering, Construction & Installation works for the Nigerian Industries. As the Managing Director, He is responsible for the co-ordination of all Project and Administrative works of Omiti Engineering Nigeria Limited.
He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and has obtained a Masters Degrees in Project Management (UNILAG). He has attained various courses related to Project Management within and outside the country including courses on pressure piping and vessels for the Oil & Gas Industries.

Orok Edet Hogan
Orok Hogan is a proactive entrepreneur with wide business experience gained locally and internationally. He has served as an employee in highly technical and critical infrastructure organization – Centrica UK in which time he led teams as a trainer and Project team lead for Industrial Gas Supply Management System. Orok worked with the prestigious Prince’s Trust UK, as a business mentor, teaching entrepreneurial skills to young college graduates at the Dewsbury College, West Yorkshire, England.
Orok sits on the Board of Omiti Engineering Limited, Nigeria, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction / Installation of Oil & Gas Facility company.
Orok studied at the University of Bradford Business School, England.

Maruthi Kamar has over 25 years Experience in Chemical, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical and Mineral Processing projects engineering and execution. Involved in Finite Element Analysis, Design and Detailed Engineering, Marketing and Execution of prestigious projects in India and Abroad. Added Strength in application of CAD / CAE tools in Design Processes.
He was responsible for successful demonstration of CAD drafting tools by taking up the responsibility for producing all equipment drawings of Thai Epoxy Project (a fast track project) in the year 1991 at Humphreys & Glasgow Consultants. This involved motivating 8 Draughtsmen to learn AutoCAD and lead them in the project.

Ajay Chaudhari has over 10 years Experience in Design and analysis of Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks and Stress/ Dynamic/ Fatigue Analysis of Fabricated Heavy Equipment and Machinery, Piping Flexibility, Stress and dynamic analysis, Expertise in Design and Engineering Automation.
He deputed to (for 3 months in 2009, 2010) Dorman-long Engineering Nigeria for independent handling and on site coordination with clients like Chevron, SAIPEM, Shell, Total and DAEWOO

Uchenna Uguru Onyike Joined Former Platinum Bank Limited and Bank PHB Plc as a pioneer staff member in August 2000 and have had over 17years qualitative banking experience covering, Branch Operation, Internal Control and Audit, Business Process Management, Centralized Shared Services(CSS) etc. He was a star performer in all the Units and Departments he worked. He attended and also facilitated over 200 local and International Certificate Courses in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, and Personal improvement, Marketing, Business Development, Business Process Management, Control and Audit. Uguru is a CSS expert and pioneered Centralized Shared Services in Nigerian Banking Industry after his training in Axis Bank India in 2006.
He studied Economics at Abia State University and graduated with B.Sc Second Class Upper Division and a CGPA of 4.23 on a scale of 5 points. He went ahead to win the Prestigious Deans Award as the best graduating student from the Faculty of Business Administration 1998. He is currently an Executive Masters of Business Administration(EMBA) student with Lagos Business School Lekki. He joined Omiti Engineering FZE in September 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer with direct responsibility for Project Finance and Accounting
